RPLA is located in Palm Desert, Ca within the Coachella Valley. RPLA is owned by Randy Purnel, a lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, and has been operational since May of 2000 working with the many communities of the Coachella Valley.
RPLA specializes in designing commercial projects which include:
